December  to March WINTER WONDERLAND AT WHEELERS   

Free admission to 14 kilometers of hiking/snowshoe trails through Wheelers Sugar Bush. Relax by the fireplace after hiking or snowshoeing and enjoy a pancake meal. Call or visit www.wheelersmaple.com for up-to-date trail conditions.

FAMILY DAY AT WHEELERS

In celebration of the Family, enjoy a day at the sugar bush and pancake feast.

February – March – April SUGARIN’ OFF

Depending on when Mother Nature decides to warm up the most exciting time of the year comes – SUGAR MAKING!  Once the temperature during the day rises to 4 degrees and dips to -4 degrees at night the maple sap starts running – which means we start running too!  Come watch the magic as we turn maple sap into maple syrup while enjoying maple taffy on snow. EASTER WEEKEND AT WHEELERS 

Open from 9AM to 3PM all 4 days over the Easter Holiday (check for extended hours) by reservation only. 

Last Saturday of April  PERTH FESTIVAL OF THE MAPLES

Downtown Heritage Perth – Perth’s main street shuts down and maple producers and local vendors take over.  Wheelers Maple will be there making fresh taffy on snow and selling our beautiful maple products right in front of the Royal Bank.

May – June  EARLY SUMMER ADVENTURES AT WHEELERS

While vacationing in the Lanark County, Rideau Lakes, and Land O’ Lakes Region stop by the Sugar Bush and take a relaxing walk on our nature trails and learn about maple syrup making as it relates to the environment around us.  See the Guinness World Record holding maple collection as you learn about the history of maple syrup at Wheeler’s Maple Heritage Museum!

July – August  SUMMER AT WHEELERS

September – October WHEELERS MAPLE BUSH FALL COLOURS

Visitors can enjoy a walk on the nature trails through the 730 acre maple bush as the leaves change.  Hearty pancake meals are served inside the heritage log chalet.  Fully accessible boardwalk nature trail.

November – December 

Enjoy the tranquility of early winter at Wheelers.
